Most people dream of being able to earn more than what they generate from the same humdrum jobs. Working from the comfort and familiarity of your own home is a better option than being stuck in a 9 to 5 job. A survey and reward platform like PrizeRebel can be the key to make that dream come true.

PrizeRebel is a company created in 2007 in San Diego, California. It is a market research company that comes in the form of a “Get Paid To” (GPT) website. The founders used to be members of survey sites who became unimpressed at how long it takes to process their rewards and the poor customer service available from other market research and GPT companies.

Instead of focusing solely on surveys, PrizeRebel offers different options to earn rewards. It is available around the world for anyone older than 18 years, while those aged 13 to 18 can also join as long as they have parental or guardian consent. To date, PrizeRebel has more than 8 million members, and has paid $16 million worth of rewards since the launching of the site.

Membership Tiers

There are several membership levels for PrizeRebel users. New members start off at the Bronze level. After completing surveys and other tasks, and earning 1000 points ($10.00), membership level progresses to Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level determines the amount of earnings through referrals, the processing speed of rewards, and whether or not a bonus will be received at the end of the month.

As membership climbs the level ladder, more perks and discounts are offered on prize cash outs. Regardless of level, the points can be cashed out because level progression is based on your current total earnings and not on the outstanding balance.

  1. What is the difference between this and Survey Junkie? I did Survey Junkie and got up to 22 dollars. I didn’t like how they would put me through 5-10 minutes of  a survey and then say i didnt qualify. I felt it was a rip off. It looks like the screening out thing happens with this too. But at least the help for members is more available.

Thanks Rina. Would you consider providing Cambly Review? I thought of trying that.  Also, are you famiilia with a new product, Kidazzler and do you think people could really make $850 a month as is claimed?

    • Hi Charles! Thank you for the comments. I’m with you in regards to feeling ripped off after realising that filling in a survey was a waste of time because you didn’t qualify. This definately deserves a mark off.

Survey Junkie is not something that I have used before but will be willing to try it at some point in time, and then I might be able to answer your first question.

Yes I would be happy to review Cambly for you.

I am not familiar with Kidazzler but will take a look. I would have to conduct some research into Kidazzler to answer your question regarding making $850 a month from it. But, of course I am happy to research and provide a review.

  3. Thank you for the comprehensive review on Prize Rebel.

Personally, I am not a fan of using survey as a form of money making tool.  Although, Prize Rebel may seemed to be legitimate, most of the methods listed are very time consuming.  It is definitely not an ideal tool for people who want to earn a consistent income online.

On the other hand, I feel that affiliate marketing can be a good tool for everyone to begin with.  If done correctly , the results may be worth it.

    • Thank you for stopping by and for the comments. For anyone wanting to give this earn online gig then this indeed could be a great place to start. Like anything, it is really up to the individual as to how much they want to put into it and how much they want out of it. If they were happy with the return then that’s up to them. If they wanted to try their hand at say affiliate marketing then this would be a natural step to progress to.

Wishing you great online success 🙂

  4. Hi Rina, this is interesting. I’ve long been a user of Swagbucks and Qmee which offer something similar, that is, more than just surveys. My experience with these, and other survey sites is similar to yours: it can be really frustrating at times, doing lots of pre-qualifying questions but not qualifying and therefore not earning. But it’s always good to learn about new earning opportunities, so thanks very much for the review.

    • Hi Monalish! Thank you for calling by and for your comments. It could be a great experience for young teenagers to try and earn some pocket money from or for those who want to experience earning online if you have your friends and family in mind. Because it’s free to try there is no real risk to it. However, building a profit ready website on a platform like Wealthy Affiliate will be a better profitable way of using your time.
